The #PSU allegations really put #NCAA “violations” in perspective, don’t they?

All of a sudden, a football program where a star gets a new automobile from a booster now and then or a player gets a free tattoo in exchange for memorabilia doesn’t seem that bad. Penn State administrators are accused of failing to act on allegations of sexual assaults on children. Top that, Ohio State. Beat that record, Miami.

Exactly. Of course, being from the B1G this guy completely forgot the greatest injustice of that type in recent memory: the heavy hammer the NCAA dropped on the USC Trojans for violations that primarily involved only 2 players and had nothing to do with sexual assault, drugs* or other criminal activity.

*Funny how most of the commentary about the Ohio State scandal glosses over the fact that marijuana was also involved.
